"The Department of Health’s Sexual and Reproductive Health Program collaborates with other organizations and state agencies to increase access and decrease barriers to sexual and reproductive health information and services.

Our goal is to increase the ability of individuals of all genders to achieve their optimal sexual and reproductive health. We help people achieve their desired number of children, including no children, and determine the timing and spacing of pregnancies.

We do this by providing funding for direct services, facilitating coordination between stakeholders, collaborating with other state agencies, and working toward state policies that are equitable and inclusive."

Family Planning Only Program

FPO is a branch of medicaid which covers the cost of emergency contraception, birth control, and other sexual and reproductive health services in any pharmacy, drugstore, or health clinic. All teens are elibible for family planning only regardless of immigration status, identity, or income.

This program is confidential and parental involvement is not required. With a FPO insurance card, you are able to recieve contracetion and services covered by WA state medicaid! take advantage of it! :)
